HEAD TELLER (HT): Provides exceptional customer service in processing teller line transactions and responding to customer inquiries and problem resolution. Manages cash vault. Ensures accurate teller line operations and compliance with policies and procedures. Prepares daily branch settlement. Promotes bank products and services. Requires competence in all teller line operations, including branch settlement. Must have prior teller experience, orientation to detail and flexibility, and some supervisory experience.

LOAN ASSISTANT (LNA): Performs administrative duties for Loan Officers. Assists Loan Officers in new loan production as well as loan portfolio maintenance. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years experience and possess excellent typing and PC skills, with experience with Laser Pro preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills and attention to detail. Must possess ability to work independently in a multi-tasked, deadline oriented environment. Prior banking/loan experience preferred.

DEPOSIT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (DOA): Performs diverse functions related to deposit systems processing to include: researching and processing federal reserve adjustments, processing liens, levys, garnishments and subpoenas, account reconciliations and file maintenance review. Supports multiple departments in an operational role by providing superior quality service and support to customers and other bank employees. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy. Must be detail oriented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills required. Prior banking or related experience preferred.
Deposit Operations Department, Chantilly, VA

SECURITY ASSOCIATE (SEC): Monitors new and existing customer accounts. Files Suspicious Activity Reports on fraud related issues. Investigates fraud cases and maintains case files in accordance with the security department procedures. Prepares fraud cases files. Works closely with the branches and other bank departments to prevent fraud and manage in-house security systems. Processes subpoenas, collection items and counterfeit currency. Must possess a strong knowledge of banking operations and bank regulations related to fraud and identity theft. Proficiency in MSOffice products is a must. Minimum 1 year bank fraud, security or audit experience required.
