IT SUPPORT/HELP DESK ANALYST (ITS): Provides support and manages user logins to various systems including Microsoft Active Directory and various systems such as routers, servers, etc. in a Terminal Services / Citrix Network Environment. Assists department management with the analysis, installation and upgrades of security related tools/systems. Provides recommendations and best practices to project managers related to user security set-up for new applications/initiatives. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Positive attitude, ability to multi-task and effective communication skills a must. At least 2 years of experience or equivalent education required. Previous banking experience a plus. Prior LaserPro experience is preferred. Related title company experience may be considered in lieu of closing experience.

BANK SECRECY ACT (BSA) MANAGER: Hires, trains and manages a staff of BSA Analysts; manages daily workflow to ensure that all regulatory deadlines are met; develops and implements new policies and procedures for BSA compliance; participates in internal state and federal BSA exams; recommends AML/BSA software process improvements and resolves AML/BSA software system issues; creates and presents executive management reports; performs duties of BSA Compliance Officer during absences. WIRE TRANSFER ASSISTANT (WTA): Responsibilities include verifying and entering outgoing wire information into various wire systems for both Domestic and International wires, assisting with phone calls and e-mails from customers, providing back-up for incoming wires and making entries to bank and general ledger accounts. Qualified candidates must possess the ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-orientated environment. Must possess strong attention to detail, computer and written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to communicate with all levels of management as well as fellow co-workers, vendors and customers. Minimum one year of wire transfer experience or equivalent banking experience is required. Experience with WireXchange system is preferred.
