ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (ABM): Responsible for daily branch operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.  Manages the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.  Supervises staff and assists in hiring and training; ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures; opens both commercial and consumer accounts and cross-sells other bank products; conducts branch audits; maintains branch security procedures.  Must be skilled in promoting bank products and services and possess excellent customer service skills. Successful candidates will possess previous teller and personal banking experience, especially thorough knowledge and experience in retail bank operations.

BRANCH MANAGER: Primarily responsible for deposit and loan growth through active business development and community involvement.  Accountable for effective management of the branch; ensuring proficient daily branch operations; hiring, developing, motivating and evaluating staff; monitoring branch security and compliance; ensuring exceptional customer service.  Requires solid retail bank management experience; knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products; proven track record of successful business development efforts.

GOVERNMENT CONTRACT LENDER: Develops and manages loan portfolio.  Must possess experience with originating, structuring, and underwriting commercial loans with strong background in government contract lending. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years experience in a commercial lending capacity, history of community involvement and proven track record of business development in No. Va..  Excellent credit and communications skills is a must.  Knowledge of the local market required.

VICE PRESIDENT/COMMERCIAL LENDING (LEN): Develops and manages a loan portfolio in our expanding South Lending Group focusing on Prince William and western Fairfax Counties. Requires 7-10 years of commercial lending exp., history of community involvement and proven track record of business development in No. Va. Excellent credit and communication skills are a must.

STAFF AUDITOR (AUD):  Assists with fieldwork on internal audits under direction of senior auditor. Compiles data and communicates results to manager. Candidate should have 1-3 years of banking/auditing experience, particularly in the areas of operations and/or loan documentation review.  Knowledge of specialized lending areas (consumer, construction, commercial real estate and asset based lending) is a plus.  Prior experience in bank finance or accounting is also desirable.  Position requires the ability to assess a system of internal control, write and execute audit programs, strong orientation to take initiative, and proactive work habits to meet deadlines. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills along with excellent communication and PC skills are a must.  Requires degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
